Road to Hire is a nonprofit that invests in the untapped potential of underrepresented young adults by breaking down barriers to career success. Through continuous support from high school classrooms to high-paying careers, Road to Hire equips young professionals with skills, confidence, and opportunities to secure long-term success.

Forward is a collective of companies based in Puerto Rico - including ²ÝÁñÉçÇøPR, Nave, Xtillion, Platea, Guide, nBeta, Abarca, and the Criollos of Caguas - on a mission to revitalize the economy and attract top talent to the island.

Stronger Than Ever

Stronger Than Ever is a nonprofit organization that provides relief for humanitarian crises around the world, including Hurricane Helene in the Carolinas, the ongoing Ukraine crisis, and Hurricane Maria in Puerto Rico.

Employee-Led Social Impact

  • Make A Wish

    Employees from across the ²ÝÁñÉçÇø portfolio have a long history of coming together to grant Wishes for Make A Wish - including one time when we brought a miniature train to our Charlotte campus.

  • Girls on the Run

    More than 3,000 (!) runners, coaches, families, and volunteers gathered at ²ÝÁñÉçÇø HQ for the Girls on the Run Charlotte 5K - including ²ÝÁñÉçÇøers from across the portfolio.

  • Bounce Out The Stigma

    For more than a decade, ²ÝÁñÉçÇø Corporate HQ has hosted this basketball camp for children with perceived limitations - and 100+ employees volunteer as coaches each year.

  • Hurricane Helene Relief

    In the aftermath of Hurricane Helene, employees from across the ²ÝÁñÉçÇø portfolio donated supplies and raised nearly $72,000 to support the Western Carolinas.
